Warranty of Goods/Services
1. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.

2. All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.
Prices
3. All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions. All prices are in SGD.
Payment Processing
4. We only accept cash, corporate and personal cheque payments, bank transfers, credit card payments via Paypal.
5. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Cancellation of Orders
6. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
7. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
8. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange & Refunds
9. All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Drinksings shall not be held liable for graphic, clerical, typographical, and printing errors. All sales are final.
Order & Delivery Information
1) Cancellation
We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can.
Cancellation must be done 24 hours in advanced, if not cancellation charges will be applicable based on time of cancellation.
For cancellation of orders that are on the way of being sent out, full charges apply.
2) Refunds and discounts
Refunds apply when the goods arrive damaged.
Should your order arrive in a below satisfactory condition, please email us at serveme@drinkdings.com. We will then assess the condition and see if we can do an exchange or refund.

2) Automated Teller Machine (ATM) or Internet Banking
You can also choose to transfer money through the Automatic Teller Machines, or via Internet Banking directly into our bank account for the following banks.

At present Drinkdings does not charge any GST.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for out of Singapore orders are based off of TNT’s standard rate tables. Shipping weight, shipping method, and a small handling fee all determine how much shipping will be on an item.
Due to automatic computation limitations, orders with a ship weight exceeding 150-pounds for TNT will show a $0 shipping charge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to get authorization of shipping charges before processing your order.

We ship to all countries that TNT ships to.
Lead Time for Receiving Goods
Orders placed before 6pm, Singapore time (GMT + 8) are processed for shipment the same business day. Most items ship within 2 working days of receiving the order, and you will receive your order within 3-5 working days, depending on TNT’s delivery schedule Order processing, shipping and delivery days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays (both Singapore and your country).
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and we do not refund shipping charges if items do not ship or are received on a specific day, as depending on the country the products are being shipped to, there may be delays on the receiving side due to incomplete documentation, taxation or other issues. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, we will do everything we can to help resolve the problem.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are available for orders shipped via TNT. If available, tracking numbers are sent via email after 12pm on the day your order is shipped.
Large Orders Delivery
Large orders of more than 1 carton, may be shipped via sea or air freight, depending on which is more cost-effective for you, the buyer. For large orders delivery, we will contact you with regards to your choice of shipment and arrange the details with you, such as whether you want the delivery to be done door-to-door, or CIF. We will inform you of the total delivery costs for your approval before shipping.
Damaged Items
If your products show visible damage upon receipt from the carrier, refuse the shipment and call us at +65 6241 6160. Please inspect your shipment BEFORE you sign the delivery order. This is to ensure that if there is a damage item it can be returned at the same time and a new one sent out to you as soon as possible.
